• Students (enrolled in Bachelor's, Master's, first or second level Master's programs, or Doctoral Schools at the University) and Recent Graduates (those who obtained a degree from the University no more than 18 months prior – 12 months for internship activities).
• Companies: entities of all legal forms, sectors, and sizes, operating both nationally and internationally. This includes public bodies, associations, foundations, and professional firms (the Service Charter for companies is currently being drafted; it will be uploaded as soon as available).

These documents are not merely a formal regulatory requirement; for us, they represent a significant opportunity to reflect structurally on the services offered and to define new improvement strategies.
