Changes to the internship plan
Once the internship has started, the host may no longer change the plan directly.
In order to change the content, company supervisor and so on, it is necessary to send a communication jobguidance [at] unitn.it (via email )to Job Guidance.
NB: so far as students are concerned, in the case of a change, it is always necessary to communicate this to the University Supervisor and wait for his/her approval.
Suspension – Transfer – Extension – Interruption
In the case of changes to the length of the planned internship (suspension, early interruption, extension), the host can upload such changes directly on the Esse3 Internships and Jobs platform.
Any change to the duration is only activated following approval by the Job Guidance Office.
So far as students are concerned, in the case of a change to the internship, it is necessary to communicate this via email to the University Supervisor ( and, where required, also to the Internship Delegate of the student’s own Department/Centre) and wait for his/her approval.
The host can also indicate any transfers by the intern on the Esse3 Internships and Jobs platform.
Ending the Internship – students
To conclude the internship, students must consign the following documentation to the Job Guidance Office, either by appointment or jobguidance [at] unitn.it (via email):
- Company supervisor's evaluation form: the link to complete this document will be sent directly to his/her email address by the Job Guidance Office.
- The intern’s self-evaluation which must be completed and sent to the Office
- Certificate Part 1, with an activity diary, available on the Esse3 Internships and Jobs platform, which must be signed by the Company Supervisor
- Final Report if required .
