Publishing job offers online
Companies can publish job offers independently and at no cost and receive the relevant applications through the Esse3 Internships and Jobs platform (Esse3 Stage e Lavoro). In order to access the website you must obtain access credentials by first registering and accepting the Terms of use.

• Access to the Esse3 Internships and Jobs platform (Esse3 Stage e Lavoro) is reserved for company contacts who have registered, who must also provide their personal data so that a username and individual password can be issued.
• Each job advertisement is approved by the Job Guidance Office within 5 business days and it can be online up to 2 months.
Internship offers in Italy
Companies that want to offer internship positions in Italy need to use - independently and at no cost - the Esse3 Internships and Jobs platform (Esse3 Stage e Lavoro). Through this platform it is possible to receive the applications. In order to access the platform you must obtain access credentials by first registering and accepting the Terms of use.

Internship offers in other countries
Companies based outside Italy can report their internship offers in the Traineeship Abroad by sending the Job Offer Table -available in the download box- to international [at] unitn.it
Online Data Bank of CVs of students and recent graduates
Under Law no. 183 of 4/11/10 and subsequent amendments, the University of Trento makes available, at no cost, the CVs of students and those who have graduated within the last 12 months who wish to be visible to potential employers.
This service has the following advantages:
- You can review anonymously in an abridged version, the CVs of students and recent graduates (within the last 12 months), with no need to register
- You can read and save full versions of graduates’ CVs which interest you, by first registering under the accreditation procedure and signing up to the relevant terms of use. Companies which already have a username and password can access the data base directly.
Please note:
- validation of your access credentials takes up to 3 working days.
- the number of CVs which each company can download is capped at 100. This ceiling can be renewed once feedback has been provided on the use made of the CVs previously downloaded.
- please remember CVs can be used just for recruiting and in respect of the Italian personal data protection code

Job Guidance can offer companies greater visibility for their Esse3 Internships and Jobs announcements by means of various social media networks, including:

Offers aimed at graduates can also be publicized on the Alumni portal (portale Alumni), and the relevant social media networks:

Online presentation of the Companies
On the Esse3 Internships and Jobs platform, registered companies can upload their own textual presentation, videos and links, as a means of introducing themselves to the University of Trento’s students and graduates.
Internship calls
Companies offering various internships at the same time for students and/or graduates can use selection calls to publicize the opportunities. Selection calls are generally used by public bodies for greater visibility of the opportunities on offer. You can review current selection calls here.
